The Essence of Personal Coaching

I have found Jennifer to be an extraordinary coach for highly experienced professionals. In our work together she expertly guided exploration of my deeply held values alongside my extensive professional experience, enabling me to uncover roadblocks and arrive at how I can more fully and authentically contribute in my work. For me this was an incredibly valuable excavation of what really matters to me, which is fueling my ability to make an exponentially greater impact in the next phase of my career.

Coaching has flourished in the 21st century in response to a need for people to reconnect with themselves at their deepest levels.

The pace of life, ubiquitous technological distractions, and constant demands for our attention – not to mention the intense shifts that have occurred as a result of the pandemic – draw our focus away from our personal and collective truth. Coaching helps cultivate authenticity through self-awareness and a greater sense for possibility. It can help us reconnect with our true essence, strengthen resilience and relationships, and move in life with more meaning, power, and dignity.

In a team or organizational setting, this can mean the difference between a culture of misunderstandings, misalignments and missed opportunities and an environment in which individuals and the collective thrive – delivering excellence with efficiency, effective leadership, and a sense of meaning.

As a coach Jennifer places special emphasis on Authentic Communication for cultivating possibility and connection that lead to greater peace, joy, and vitality.

Starting with the premise that Communication is an Act of Love, she applies the three principles of the Authentic Communication methodology (BE, LISTEN and ACT) to her coaching engagements.

Jennifer invites her clients into a deep exploration of themselves (BE); guides them in activating their profound capacity to LISTEN to themselves and others; and supports them in opening to new opportunities for how to ACT with inner coherence, purpose and authenticity.

The work I do with Jennifer speaks to my soul. I’ve been longing for a sense of magic, and her coaching has given me back this magical connection, a re-connection to my inner golden thread. Like in any chemical reaction there’s a need for some element to initiate the change. That’s what Jennifer does for me. She’s a catalyst for change in my life.

Jennifer's work is enriched by decades-long dedication to contemplative practice, mystical study, and self-inquiry. She also taps various tools and systems, including personal values, the Enneagram, and Human Design, to support individual and team coaching.

Creating a safe environment in which to have meaningful conversations, she brings integrity, depth, humor, and a caring presence to her work.

Jennifer is a founding member of Edgewalker Group International, a cross-cultural coaching network. She has been certified as a professional ontological coach by Newfield Network and by the International Coach Federation. She has been offering her services as a coach since 2003.
