I am a student of the human condition, and my portal to that awareness is communication.
Jennifer has practiced Authentic Communication and its principles (BE, LISTEN and ACT) throughout her career. For example, while overseeing dozens of teams across multiple time zones, she instituted a brief personal check-in at each team meeting to encourage development of self-awareness (BE). She created a program for structured listening that enabled her to better appreciate successes, concerns and cultural differences among teams located across the globe (LISTEN). And she implemented various communication disciplines, including an agreement-making process that ensured smoother coordination among widely decentralized team members (ACT).
